These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Taulori platform, including all content, features, and services available at taulori.biz. By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities when using the platform:
- Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any platform content without prior written permission from Taulori.

- Reselling, sublicensing, or otherwise transferring access to your account or any platform content.
Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, at our sole discretion, without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership
All content on the platform, including but not limited to course materials, video recordings, written guides, graphics, trademarks, and the platform's overall design, is the exclusive property of Taulori or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
6.2 User-Generated Content
When you submit content to the platform, including discussion posts, feedback, or responses, you grant Taulori a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with operating and improving the platform. You retain ownership of your submissions but represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this licence.
6.3 Feedback
Any suggestions, ideas, or recommendations you provide regarding the platform may be used by Taulori without obligation or compensation to you.
7. Payments and Subscriptions
7.1 Fees
Access to certain content or features may require payment. All applicable fees are displayed prior to purchase. Prices are shown in the currency relevant to your region and are inclusive of any indicated taxes unless stated otherwise.
7.2 Billing
You authorize Taulori or its payment processors to charge your designated payment method for all fees incurred. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is current and accurate.
7.3 Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the refund policy published on the platform at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, completed transactions are non-refundable once access to the relevant content has been granted.

11. Limitation of Liability
